Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned and you might need to return or exchange an item. That's why we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it or exchange it for an item of equal value within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for lower or higher priced items.

If you are returning your items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the original items will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging your items, that may be done for a flat fee of $20 which includes shipping & handling for the return item(s) and exchange item(s).

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Support@LaSophCandles.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unused and all inserts must be intact. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned with missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted for return or exchange. The returns are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if your return does not meet these requirements.

We will do our best to process your refund or exchange order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days from delivery for the process to complete. Please keep in mind that items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set. Also, all international orders are final sale.

Merchandise marked "final sale" is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment.

Damages & Issues
If you received a damaged or defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Support@LaSophCandles.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product, along with an explanation of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make things right. Please note that slight changes in color and small imperfections in the wax are normal and will not affect the performance of your candle. If available, your product will be replaced immediately. If your product is out of stock, we will refund your purchase. We recommend burning your candles within one year for the best performance.
